I'm Whitney, and this is my story

I'm Whitney, and this is my story

I’ve always been passionate about fitness because it makes me feel better in every way. I became a personal trainer because I wanted to share that passion with others– and to help make fitness easier, all around more fun, more convenient, and more socially connected. I started sharing quick exercises on Instagram when the pandemic kept us in lockdown. This was my way of connecting and coping with all of the changes and uncertainty.

My workouts are for the busy moms, the entrepreneurs, the college students, the go-getters who do it all. I know how hard it can be to fit in an effective workout, and I want to make it easier. After having my daughter, working out wasn't just about the physical anymore, it was about getting stronger and keeping up with a toddler. My approach to fitness has always been driven by consistency. As a mom, I’ve realized that convenience makes consistency possible during the busy seasons of life.

I love sharing workouts with our growing WHITSICH community. As we get to know each other, you’ll realize that I’m not just your instructor, I’m also your biggest cheerleader. I want you to know how proud I am of you for showing up for yourself. That’s the whole reason why I do this.
